

After receiving a lot of complaints from customers about ETC’s website, I went to their website and saw a lot of things and at the same time, I felt there was nothing. UX was a problem.
The challenge was to create a solution that mixes improvement and good UX in their website. In this way, the customers can easily see the things they need.
This project I made this all by myself. It was done as part of an assignment for the Google UX Course.
Interviews, business analysis, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Develop a website that is also responsive web that makes it possible for users to see everything Shopping ETC has to offer.

It’s located in Recife, Brazil. The main objective is to serve all surrounding neighborhoods. The union of a shopping center with a business tower provides convenience to users of the business center when complementing daily needs with a diversity of services. It has a lot of stores, a food court, a movie theater, banks, medical offices, and commercial offices. Their slogan is #HereInETC.
They use Instagram as the main place to display what’s happing there. Their website was made in 2019.

First I need to know what are the main references that people usually search for indirectly and directly when they are looking for shopping or when they search. This gives me the basis to understand what people see and like on their websites. That's our competitive analysis.
